Conversion and restructuring of an existing office building with a surface area of 3,000 m2 on 3 levels.
Reorganisation of basement parking areas (signage, lighting) and of the reception and waiting areas on the ground floor. The fitting out of the offices on the ground floor and 1st and 2nd floors, the creation of a rest area, a cafeteria and access to the terrace. Creation of office space for the management and a conference room on level 3.
