The layout and optimisation of spaces was conducted while ensuring the conservation of the historical elements of this exceptional site registered as part of the heritage of the City of Paris. the main constraint was to provide essential elements of comfort in all of the rooms (double flow ventilation in the basement, heated flooring and radiating ceiling on the ground floor).
