TOWN HOUSE in NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE
This former stable with a floor area of 190 m² underwent a complete remodelling with the addition of technical rooms (garage and laundry) on the street side (after opening up the facade with the inclusion of a recess) and living areas at the back of the building thus freeing up the magnificent paved courtyard for planting. The courtyard facades were renovated with brick cladding and the PVC window frames replaced with curved powder-coated steel window frames.
The kitchen, which has been moved to the back of the building, benefits from overhead lighting thanks to the installation of an opening glass roof with lacquered steel framework. In the lounge and reception area, the installation of a cornice with a variable lighting system ensures evenly distributed lighting in the reception rooms, while the installation of an air conditioning system provides additional comfort. One of the courtyard walls is decorated with a door from a horse stall providing a reminder of the historic origins of the premises.
