The layout and optimisation of spaces were conducted while ensuring the conservation of historical elements of this exceptional site, registered as part of the heritage of the City of Paris. The main constraint was to provide essential elements of comfort in all rooms, including double flow ventilation in the basement, heated flooring, and a radiating ceiling on the ground floor.
