CHALET IN PAVILLONS-SOUS-BOIS
Complete interior and exterior renovation of a one-storey modular building dating from 1976. The building now complies with facilities standards for public buildings and access for the disabled. It features three catechism classrooms with movable acoustic walls, an office, and sanitary facilities. Set on a reinforced concrete slab, the structure, with its three-dimensional aluminium framework, could not support a heavy roof, leading to the choice of bituminous shingle tile roofing for adequate insulation.
