The redistribution of the rooms optimised the space available. Circulation was simplified by eliminating the corridor and creating an open kitchen positioned along a partition wall. The materials used, including natural stone for the kitchen work surfaces and the lavatory, light lacquer for the furniture, industrial design convector heaters, and solid oak flooring, give this apartment a refined Anglo-American style.
