APARTMENT, 75016 PARIS
The complete renovation with separate site supervision of this 130 m² apartment with a double exposure enabled the optimal redistribution of the living areas (living room, sitting room, reception room and kitchen) and provided each of the bedrooms with its own shower room.
To retain a classic touch, the herringbone oak parquet flooring was renovated, and cornices and staff rosettes in the imprint of period models were repositioned. To ensure optimum comfort, the high-performance heating and lighting were optimised thanks to the installation of a home automation system.
