MILL, EURE ET LOIR
Renovation of the Mill and conversion of its six farm buildings and outhouses into living spaces. The complete reconstruction of the stone facades in their original state was necessary to ensure unity of the elements. The nature of the terrain made it necessary to build an apron on a building facing the bank of the mill race. The existing walls of stone and mud made openings and modifications to the facades particularly difficult. All of the wooden rafters of the six buildings as well as all of the roofs covered in ancient tiles were renovated or replaced. Installations such as a low-temperature floor heating system and a heat pump provide optimum comfort in the nine suites.
